Strategic Finance Lead Role

This is a crucial position that partners with the business to provide vital insights, analysis, budget and forecasting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with the business to deliver critical financial insights, analysis, budget and forecasting
  • Collaborate with Tier 1 ERP & BI systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Workday, Power BI, Tableau)
About You

We seek a highly skilled and experienced finance professional who can lead the development of strategic models and forecasts, analyze complex data, and provide expert recommendations to leadership.

  • 8+ years of relevant experience, with expertise in finance as part of a fast-paced, multi-national organization
  • A growth mindset and proactive approach to identifying and solving complex business challenges
  • CA/CPA qualified
  • Experience working with tier 1 ERP & BI systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Workday, Power BI, Tableau)
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, including asynchronous collaboration with stakeholders from remote/international teams
  • Advanced financial modeling and analytical skills, with a curious mindset that challenges conventional thinking

The ideal candidate will work collaboratively within a high-performing team, possessing excellent communication and interpersonal skills. They will also have a strong attention to detail, ability to prioritize tasks effectively, and adapt quickly to changing priorities.
