Strategic Finance Expert

We are seeking a strategic finance expert to join our team and drive financial insights, forecasting, and strategic decisions.
The role involves managing daily finance operations, overseeing cash collection, payment practices, and reporting efficiency. You will also lead cashflow forecasting, scenario planning, and dynamic financial modelling to support business growth.
The successful candidate will have strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and experience in strategic finance roles. They will be able to interpret financial results, identify risks and opportunities, and provide data-backed recommendations to leadership.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and mentor the accountancy team
- Review systems and processes to improve cash flow
- Lead cash flow forecasting and scenario planning
- Assess the financial feasibility of new projects and initiatives
Requirements:
- 5+ years in senior accounting or finance business partnering roles
- Strong capability in cash flow forecasting and financial modelling
- Experienced in communicating financial insights to non-financial leaders
- Skilled with accounting and reporting tools
