Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop team capacity and establish sustainable processes, structures, and controls within required timelines.
  • Document changes to current finance processes, structures, and controls to facilitate business changes.
  • Actively participate in critical finance tasks, including financial systems implementation and data migration activities.
Requirements:
  • Business partnering/FP&A experience.
  • Understanding of large & complex business structures.
  • Financial services industry knowledge, preferably wealth management.
  • Able to operate independently.
  • Financial operational process knowledge.
  • Strong execution and completion skills.
  • Effective communication skills at all levels (including stakeholders).
  • Strong organisational abilities within time-critical situations.
  • Strong analytical and investigative skills.
