Finance Leadership Role

We are seeking a seasoned finance professional to lead our finance function. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving strategic financial planning and providing commercial insights.

  • You will oversee financial reporting and compliance, as well as manage forecasting functions.
  • The successful candidate will have a strong technical accounting background and excellent commercial acumen.

Candidates should possess the ability to influence senior stakeholders and support executive decision-making.

You will work closely with our Executive Leadership Team to drive business growth and optimise financial health.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Managing capital allocation, treasury operations, and risk management.
  • Leading budgeting, forecasting, and scenario modelling initiatives.
  • Developing and managing a robust finance business partnering model.

To succeed in this role, you will need to demonstrate exceptional leadership and people management capabilities, with a focus on coaching, development, and high team performance.
