  • Utilizes a continuous improvement mindset, identifying opportunities to enhance processes and improve efficiency.
  • Fosters a culture of safety and quality within the team, promoting open communication and collaboration.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role is preferred.
  • Australia Work Authorisation is highly desirable.
