Housekeeping Supervisor Job Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Housekeeping Supervisor to oversee housekeeping, laundry, and houseperson team members. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness and customer service in our properties.

The ideal candidate will have experience in a leadership role in hotels, hospitals, or multi-unit housing as a Housekeeping or Cleaning Supervisor. You should possess excellent communication skills, be able to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team, and have a strong attention to detail to ensure quality.

Responsibilities:
  • Directly oversee housekeeping, laundry, and houseperson team members to ensure seamless operations.
  • Develop and implement effective cleaning and maintenance schedules to meet hotel standards.
  • Conduct regular inspections to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure efficient room preparation and guest satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports to track performance and make data-driven decisions.
Requirements:
  • Leadership experience in hotels, hospitals, or multi-unit housing as a Housekeeping or Cleaning Supervisor.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
