Facilities Maintenance Professional">- The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and upkeep of public areas, common spaces, exteriors, vacant units, model units, floor care, and trash removal.
- Clean and maintain facilities according to established schedules and procedures.
- Read and execute work orders and requests in a timely and efficient manner.
- Conduct regular inspections of exterior areas, units, equipment, and systems to identify cleaning needs.
- Record all work, cleaning, and improvements performed.
- Manage inventory of cleaning supplies, equipment, materials, and other assets owned by the property or management company.
- Report any unusual or extraordinary circumstances affecting the property or residents.
- Ability to read and execute written instructions.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Physical stamina to perform manual labor tasks.
- Basic knowledge of cleaning products and equipment.
