Maintenance Technician Role Overview

CHN Housing Partners is seeking a highly skilled Maintenance Technician to join their team. As a key member of the maintenance department, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our multi-family buildings.

Job Responsibilities
  • Perform general maintenance repairs, including but not limited to showers, sinks, appliances, doors/cabinets, walls and building exteriors.
  • Possess a working knowledge of HVAC and Plumbing Systems.
  • Responsible for maintaining general maintenance inventory and reporting outstanding issues to manager to ensure timely repair.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of five (5) years of combined maintenance and custodial experience.
  • Experience in general home remodeling, including roofing, siding, carpentry, light plumbing and electrical.
