Our ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our global IT platform. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in maintaining and improving our monitoring systems to ensure timely incident resolution and data accuracy.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Monitor and execute actions on alerts raised by the system.
  • Analyze and document incidents in an efficient manner.
  • Cordinate with teams in Singapore and Paris as needed to resolve incidents.
  • Enhance the effectiveness of monitoring systems through continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Develop operational procedures linked to monitoring alerts.
  • Engage in a Follow-the-Sun model with Europe, including information sharing and task handover.
  • Stay up-to-date on the evolution of the IT platform and adapt monitoring tools and procedures accordingly.
  • Collect user feedback on system run quality and share it with development teams.

Requirements

  • A Bachelor's degree and 5-10 years of relevant experience in an IT environment.
  • Strong technical knowledge of Windows environment, SQL, Scripting skills, and Production monitoring.
  • Experience with Trading and/or portfolio management processes is highly desirable.
