Infrastructure Monitoring Expert Role

The Infrastructure Monitoring Engineer will play a pivotal role in our organization, responsible for overseeing and delivering reliable infrastructure monitoring and alerting services globally.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage solutions and support work across a broad spectrum of technologies, driving efficiency and performance.
  • Perform specialist technical and engineering activities aligned with project objectives, ensuring seamless delivery.
  • Learn and apply new and existing technologies to enhance service delivery, fostering innovation and growth.
  • Promote continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to optimize systems and processes, streamlining operations.
Requirements:
  • Experience with Microsoft System Centre (SCOM) is highly desirable, enabling effective management and support.
  • Proficiency in virtualization technologies such as VMware (VRO, vSphere) and Citrix, facilitating efficient deployment and maintenance.
  • Strong knowledge of operating systems, including Windows Server and Linux/Unix, ensuring compatibility and reliability.
  • Skills in automation scripting, using tools like Python, PowerShell, or Ansible; familiarity with ServiceNow is a plus, enhancing productivity and efficiency.
