Proactive Work Order Monitoring Specialist

A fantastic opportunity to elevate process efficiency, as a Proactive Work Order Monitoring Specialist, working closely with the Workflow Delivery Manager.
- The role involves monitoring all service work orders to ensure timely completion of Appointment, SLA, Regulatory and MPA Customer commitments.
- You will be accountable for conducting thorough pre-readiness checks where there are specific requirements attached to work orders that necessitate special considerations.
- This includes site-specific access evaluations, including inductions, on-site contacts, any pre-visit requirements, special equipment and/or certifications.
To succeed in this role, you will have a proactive mindset and be able to actively seek out opportunities to drive process improvement initiatives.
Key skills include strong multitasking capabilities, the ability to effectively manage real-time situations and provide feedback to key stakeholders.
The ideal candidate will be comfortable working with ambiguity and can quickly adapt based on changing conditions and a dynamic rollout schedule.
