Job Overview

The key objective of this role is to develop and implement effective workforce planning strategies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop labour forecasts and create optimized rosters.
  • Manage workforce planning systems and processes to maximize efficiency.
  • Analyse workforce data to identify trends and insights, and share findings with stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with operations, HR, and agency partners to meet staffing requirements.
  • Develop solutions for daily workforce challenges such as absenteeism or peak periods.
Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience in a warehouse, distribution, or manufacturing environment.
  • Strong skills in rostering, forecasting, or workforce planning.
  • Excellent Excel and data analysis skills (data analytics an advantage).
  • Great communication skills and a proactive, problem-solving mindset.
