We are seeking a seasoned digital transformation leader to join our team as a Resource Manager. In this pivotal role, you will provide strategic leadership in technology workforce capacity planning, capability alignment, and long-range forecasting across a complex digital portfolio.

About the role

You'll enable smarter, faster, and more transparent resourcing decisions, reducing reliance on contractors and growing internal capability. This is a key experience we're looking for, so it's essential to address this in your cover letter.

As a key partner to portfolio and operations leaders, you'll govern enterprise resource allocations and workforce prioritisation, identify future capability needs, and partner with various stakeholders to deliver workforce alignment.

Key responsibilities
  • Lead portfolio-wide workforce planning strategies and long-range forecasting.

About you

You're a strategic thinker with a strong background in technology workforce or resource planning, ideally with:

  • 7+ years' experience in enterprise workforce/resource planning within technology operations or transformation programs.
  • Proven ability to lead forecasting, capacity planning, and capability alignment.
  • Strong understanding of technology delivery environments and portfolio governance.
  • Experience using PPM and resource planning tools.
  • Excellent stakeholder management, with the ability to influence at an executive level.
