Job Title

Digital Operations Leader
  • A seasoned IT professional with 10+ years of experience in one or more areas: Digital Operations, Infrastructure Management, ITIL Lead, Technology Governance or Release Management.
About the Role

We are seeking a strategic leader to oversee and coordinate digital operations across our organization. As a senior role, you will provide governance, set operational KPIs, drive continuous improvement, and ensure delivery of outcomes across a matrix structure.

The ideal candidate will have a strong strategic mindset, operational excellence, and a passion for delivering value through technology. You will also have:

  • Tertiary qualification in Information Technology or similar.
  • In-depth knowledge of Technology and ITIL principles and practices.
  • Experience working in a matrixed, cross-functional environment.
  • Ability to effectively deal with ambiguity and complexity.
  • Ability to guide and influence senior management.
  • Scrum master certification or equivalent experience in Agile delivery (preferred but not essential).
