**Job Summary**
This Administration Officer position is an excellent opportunity to support a high-performing and dynamic team in a professional services industry. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for managing daily administrative operations, including scheduling meetings, handling correspondence, and maintaining filing systems.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Manage daily administrative operations, including scheduling meetings, handling correspondence, and maintaining filing systems.
- Provide support for office management tasks, including ordering supplies, coordinating maintenance, and ensuring compliance with company policies.
- Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and documentation as required.
- Serve as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, fostering positive relationships and effective communication.
- Maintain and update databases, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality of information.
- Support financial administration tasks, such as processing invoices and tracking expenses.
- Implement and improve administrative processes and systems to enhance efficiency.
**Requirements**
- 4-5 years of experience in an administrative or receptionist role.
- Exceptional communication and written skills.
- High-attention to detail and a passion for continuous improvement.
- A willingness to support a dynamic team and contribute to the growth and success of the business.
