About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned Business Development Manager to join our sales team based at Northgate. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for prospecting and securing new business opportunities in the mid-market segment and developing strategic partnerships to achieve revenue targets and company objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify opportunities for new business and develop and implement strategic sales plans and initiatives to achieve revenue targets.
  • Build strong relationships with key stakeholders to understand their needs and requirements.
  • Track and analyse sales performance metrics, market trends, and customer feedback to enhance strategic decision-making and continuous improvement efforts.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Prepare sales presentations and regular reports on account status, revenue, and growth opportunities.
About You

We are looking for a strategic thinker who can identify opportunities, analyse market trends, and develop actionable plans. You should have proven experience in business development or in relationship management and negotiation roles. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential, as well as the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and effectively prioritise tasks and meet deadlines.
