We are seeking a highly skilled Health and Safety Business Partner to join our team at Cleanaway. As a key member of our Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the health, safety, and well-being of our employees, customers, and the communities we serve.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement effective health and safety strategies to reduce risks and prevent injuries and illnesses.
- Collaborate with site teams to identify and mitigate hazards, and develop and maintain risk registers.
- Contribute to the development and review of HSE Management Standards.
- Support incident investigations and provide recommendations for improvement.
- Embed a strong safety culture across site operations by promoting HSE behaviors and establishing a learning culture.
- Tertiary qualification in occupational health and safety or a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and drive change.
- Previous experience in blue-collar, high-risk industrial environments is desirable.
