Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced leader to join our team as a Department Leader in our Meat Department. As a key member of our store operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the department, generating orders, and ensuring the highest level of customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the Meat Department, including managing staff, inventory, and customer service.
  • Generate orders and manage stock levels to ensure optimal inventory levels and minimize waste.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Collaborate with the Store Manager and other department leaders to achieve store goals and objectives.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, including health and safety standards.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in a retail management role, preferably in a grocery or supermarket environment.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Excellent customer service skills, with a focus on providing a positive shopping experience.
