About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Administrative Professional to join our team at Affinity Education Group. As an Operations Coordinator, you will play a vital role in supporting our Centre Managers across our 4-5 centres in the Wagga Wagga area.
Key Responsibilities
- Work closely with the Area Manager on daily centre practices and implement effective documentation collation systems for regulatory departments.
- Provide support for account management activities and handle phone inquiries and similar administrative tasks efficiently.
- Support Centre Managers in maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
Requirements
- Experience in an Admin or Receptionist role, with a strong attention to detail and ability to operate autonomously.
- Previous history in Early Childhood Education is highly regarded, as is experience in a management or leadership role.
- A current Working with Children's Check or willingness to obtain is essential.
