As a key member of our team, you will lead the delivery of exceptional hospitality services to create a warm, welcoming environment for residents, families, and staff. Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee catering services to deliver high-quality hospitality experiences.
  • Manage meal preparation and food service, ensuring residents enjoy nutritious, varied meals that meet all health and safety regulations.
  • Develop and maintain a positive, team-oriented environment that supports staff development and excellence in service.
  • Collaborate with suppliers and manage resources efficiently to achieve operational objectives.
  • Ensure housekeeping and laundry services are efficient, effective, and compliant with all policies and standards.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the resident experience.
What We're Looking For

You are a strong leader with a passion for people and service excellence.

  • Relevant qualifications with previous experience as a Chef.
  • A hands-on leadership approach with the ability to lead by example in the kitchen when needed.
  • Proven leadership skills with experience managing and coaching large teams.
  • Experience preparing and cooking for large groups.
  • Skills in menu coordination and tailoring meals to diverse dietary needs.
  • Knowledge of OHS, food safety standards, and regulatory compliance.
  • Experience managing housekeeping and laundry operations.
  • Aged care experience is an advantage but not essential - we welcome candidates from hotel and restaurant backgrounds, with all relevant training provided.
