Senior Leadership Role

We are seeking a dynamic and strategic thinking leader to manage our Patient Services teams across multiple acute hospitals.

Your Impact
  • Enhance operational efficiency by delivering consistent, accurate, and timely support;
  • Collaborate with executive teams to identify opportunities for improving patient services;
  • Foster relationships to ensure collaboration and successful outcomes.
Requirements
  • Extensive experience in operational leadership, including financial management;
  • Leadership experience in a multisite hospital or healthcare setting;
  • Demonstrated ability to work within a matrix structure;
  • Knowledge of hospital operations, including patient care and support services;
  • Experience in achieving deliverables through change initiatives;
  • Excellent organisational, planning, coordination, and analytical skills;
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills;
  • Proven competency in financial management.
Benefits

  • Understanding of health fund contracts can be advantageous.
