Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and deliver client business plans to drive growth and revenue
  • Lead the Starcom HX planning framework to ensure seamless campaign execution
  • Collaborate with the Client Services Director to deliver the overall Starcom Vision and Strategy
  • Manage and develop a high-performing team to deliver exceptional client service
  • Identify and drive organic growth opportunities with existing clients
What You'll Need
  • 10+ years of experience in media agency or similar roles
  • Extensive digital media experience in a media agency environment
  • Ability to work collaboratively as a client lead to deliver solutions in line with omni-channel strategy
  • Proven ability and demonstration of exceeding client and campaign objectives
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
