About the Role:
We are seeking a highly organized and efficient Site Liaison Administrator to join our team at Gold Fields. As a key member of our administration team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our visitors, business partners, and employees.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide professional flight administration services, including uploading manifests and liaising with flight service providers.
- Update and maintain flight loading schedules for the site, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
- Maintain the INX InFlight system, conducting regular audits and ensuring data integrity and compliance with the Privacy Act.
- Assist with administration duties as directed by the Manager People or other Senior Management.
- Liaise with the Village business partner to resolve accommodation and check-in issues.
- Raise Purchase Requisitions and service receipt invoices for Support Services in SAP.
About You:
- Valid Driver's License.
- Strong experience in the use of INX InFlight.
- Previous use and knowledge of SERKO and Avantik systems would be advantageous.
- Proven experience in the use of SAP and efficient with Microsoft Office programs.
- Experience in multi-tasking in a busy, customer service environment.
- Effective communication skills.
