We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Banking Specialist Relief. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients.
Key Responsibilities- Build strong relationships with customers through meaningful conversations and provide personalized solutions to their banking needs.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to deliver outstanding customer outcomes and ensure seamless banking experiences.
- Provide relief support to other branches and work with customers to help them use our in-branch technology and digital banking options.
- Assess customers' financial needs and identify opportunities to provide additional products and services.
- Proactively engage with customers to build rapport and invite them into the branch for a financial health check or an appointment with a specialist.
- Adhere to the bank's processes and procedures, including accurately reconciling transactions and reviewing customers' financial positions.
- Engage with customers by participating in community events and fundraising activities.
- Ability to ask the right questions and find the right solutions to act with integrity and place the customer at the centre of everything you do.
- Passion for service excellence and ability to work independently while referring customers to other specialist team members.
- Ability to work in a busy, commercial, and driven retail environment while seeing the big picture for customers and providing them with holistic solutions.
- Genuine passion for the customer and for doing the right thing to ensure we're putting our customer's needs first.
