Client Support Specialist

This role places a strong emphasis on prioritizing customer satisfaction and involves engaging with families, conducting in-home care assessments, and formulating customized care plans tailored to meet the specific needs of our clients.

In this dynamic position, you will have the opportunity to make a real difference in people's lives by providing exceptional support and services that cater to their unique needs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist with handling high volume of incoming telephone and internet enquiries
  • Collaborate with the scheduler to efficiently schedule services for our clients
  • Assist in the creation of master schedules and the management of daily updates and adjustments to existing schedules
  • Meeting with clients and assessing their needs
  • Preparing in-home care assessments and drafting care plans to best meet client requirements
  • Training and managing the performance of the care team
  • Maintaining client and care worker compliance and documentation according to government standards
Requirements:
  • Possession of either current AHPRA registration (RN/EN) or a Certificate III/IV in Individual Support (specialized in Ageing or Disability)
  • Current Australian National Police check, Working with Children Check
  • Current First Aid & CPR certificate
  • Driver's license and your own reliable registered vehicle
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Professional Indemnity Insurance (RN/EN)
  • A smart mobile phone (iPhone / android)
