Adelaide Client Support Specialist

We are seeking skilled Client Support Specialists to join our team in Adelaide. In this role, you will be responsible for conducting assessments and providing support services to clients.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct over-the-phone or face-to-face assessments of clients
- Refer high-need cases to experienced Case Managers
- Maintain accurate case notes and records
As part of our team, you will have the opportunity to work as an Orientation Guide when required.
RequirementsTo be considered for this role, applicants must possess:
- A minimum Certificate III in Community Services or equivalent qualification
- Current valid driver's license for South Australia
- Current valid Working with Children Check (Employee) for South Australia
- Community language skills relevant to current caseload
- Strong written communication, report writing, and word processing skills
- Strong organisational, time management, and administrative skills
