The Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Compensation and Benefits Manager to lead a small team of professionals in delivering employee compensation and benefits advice and support to senior stakeholders and leaders across our business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide accurate and high-level service delivery across employee and compensation benefits, including information relating to allowances, timesheets, superannuation changes, and cost centre allocation changes.
  • Build strong partnerships with the wider HR Team to ensure the delivery of high-level and accurate services.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant Enterprise Agreements, Modern Awards, and relevant employment legislation and regulations.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in leading and managing the delivery of Compensation and Benefits or Payroll function.
  • Solid working knowledge of a diverse range of Modern Awards and Enterprise Agreements.
  • Exceptional organisational and operational skills with a high degree of initiative and outcome orientation.
  • Qualification in business, human resources, or a related discipline.
