We are seeking a highly skilled Data Management Specialist to join our Credit Data Management team at Macquarie. As a key member of this dynamic team, you will play a crucial role in implementing data management best practices and fostering a data-driven culture within our financial services group.

As a Data Management Specialist, your primary responsibilities will include supporting data operations for critical credit processes and contributing to continuous improvement of our data function. You will be responsible for implementing data management practices such as data quality monitoring and issue management.

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • A minimum of 5 years' experience in data management or data operations, preferably in the financial services industry.
  • Advanced skills using SQL, Alteryx, and tools such as Collibra.
  • Strong stakeholder management and organisational skills, with a passion for championing change.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

The estimated salary for this position is $120,000 - $150,000 per year, depending on qualifications and experience.
