Key Responsibilities\

The role of Draftsperson is key to the success of our residential construction projects. We are seeking a skilled and experienced professional to take ownership of the drafting process from preliminary design through to construction documentation.

  • Ensure accuracy, compliance, and buildability across all projects.\
  • Work closely with estimators, schedulers, supervisors, and consultants to streamline the design-to-construction process and support efficient project delivery.\
  • Prepare detailed working drawings and documentation for residential projects.\
  • Amend and update plans based on client selections, variations, and regulatory feedback.\
  • Liaise with internal teams and external consultants to ensure plans are accurate and compliant.\
  • Maintain drawing registers and version control.\

Requirements\

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • A minimum of 3 years' experience as a Draftsperson in residential construction.\
  • Proficiency in ArchiCAD.\
  • Strong knowledge of residential building codes and standards.\
  • Excellent attention to detail and a methodical approach.\
  • Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate within a team environment.\
