Job Overview

A skilled Draftsperson is required to join our residential construction team. We value a culture built on trust, support, and long-term staff retention.

Responsibilities:
  • Ownership of the drafting process from preliminary design through to construction documentation, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and buildability across all projects.
  • Closely working with estimators, schedulers, supervisors, and consultants to streamline the design-to-construction process and support efficient project delivery.
  • Preparing detailed working drawings and documentation for residential projects.
