Requirements

  • Proven leadership and management skills;
  • Ability to motivate employees and work with clients in overcoming challenges;
  • Confident liaison with external and internal stakeholders;
  • Able to work towards KPIs and oversee placements that result in sustainable and lasting employment;
  • A strong desire to be part of a collaborative and results-driven team;
  • A current driver's license;
