Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Health, Safety, and Environmental Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will have expertise in providing expert guidance on Health, Safety, and Environmental matters to our clients.

The key duties of this role include driving and leading a strong safety culture within our networks and wider Group, maintaining up-to-date knowledge of HSE compliance with relevant state and national legislation, implementing, maintaining, and updating project-specific HSE plans, liaising with regulatory authorities on Health, Safety, and Environmental compliance matters, ensuring a standard risk management approach is implemented across our businesses in line with our safety management system, managing HSE inductions and onboarding process for new staff, including HSE training, providing expert advice on HSE matters and issues that arise, in line with our company framework and safety management system, responding to incidents and emergencies, including investigations, reporting, and escalation, and attending project sites to ensure safety compliance and performance is being managed.

Additionally, the successful candidate will be required to possess superior communication skills, both written and verbal, results-driven and adaptable, excellent organisational skills and attention to detail, ability to manage multiple/competing priorities and make quick decisions, problem-solving and process implementation skills, ability to analyse and interpret data, laws, and regulations, and strong Microsoft Office skills, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
