About the Role

We are seeking a Regional Learning Strategist to drive the creation and execution of modern learning strategies, frameworks, policies, and programs.

The successful candidate will collaborate with stakeholders to shape a regional learning strategy, ensuring that personnel are skilled to manage emergencies in line with Victoria's Emergency Management Arrangements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and lead a team to implement the regional learning plan, ensuring compliance with relevant standards to maintain certification.
  • Drive the regional and state-wide learning strategy, overseeing training plans, systems, and team alignment with key initiatives.
  • Provide expert advice, identify improvement opportunities, and support contemporary learning models.
  • Build partnerships, standardise service delivery, prepare reports, and drive continuous improvement and transformation.
