Job Title: Infection Control Specialist

Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Infection Control Specialist to lead our infection prevention and control program. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving best practices in clinical and non-clinical settings, providing strategic advice to senior leaders, and collaborating with departments to achieve excellence in infection control.

About the Role
  • Develop and implement an Antimicrobial Stewardship Program to promote responsible use of antibiotics.
  • Investigate and manage infectious outbreaks in collaboration with relevant staff.
  • Provide IPC education to employees and ensure compliance with national standards and accreditation requirements.
  • Conduct surveillance of infection-related events and hospital-acquired infections.
  • Collaborate with other departments on blended infection control responsibilities.
