Senior Director Risk Governance

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Manager to join our dynamic and collaborative environment, driving assurance and oversight in a risk-based framework.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead structured assurance reviews, oversight, challenge, and support on all non-financial risk matters.
- Develop and execute a strategic, risk-based assurance plan, creating capacity for targeted reviews as required.
- Provide insightful assurance reports with clear actions and recommendations to contribute to the control environment's efficiency and effectiveness.
- Deliver non-financial risk reporting to divisions, business units, and management committees.
Requirements:
- Proven assurance experience in developing and executing against an assurance plan.
- Extensive experience in operational and compliance roles in banking or professional services firms.
- Technical knowledge in non-financial risk disciplines, including operational risk, compliance, business continuity, and project risk.
- Ability to develop commercially viable solutions, demonstrating a pragmatic approach to implementing and advancing operational risk frameworks.
- Proven project management and change management expertise.
- Experience with complex risk issue review and root cause analysis.
- Sound negotiation, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
