Job Title: Senior Manager, Risk Governance

They will be responsible for leading and supporting the requirements for governance reporting and providing in-depth insights relating to Transactional Monitoring.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Experience in leading teams and managing multiple projects simultaneously;
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make informed decisions;
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex information in a clear and concise manner;
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders;
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.

Key responsibilities include:

  1. Leading the execution and delivery of TM Governance activities;
  2. Contributing to ensuring operating rhythms are effective and support risk governance processes and execution for TM;
  3. Facilitating the monitoring, tracking, and reporting of performance metrics and reporting for all relevant risk forums;
  4. Strategically working with Operations and Financial Crime Operations Governance across multiple risk mitigation initiatives;
  5. Identification and timely escalation of risks and issues;
  6. Writing risk and governance papers for Executive leadership team and relevant risk forums.
