Aquatic Services Coordinator Job Description

**Job Summary**

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced and passionate Aquatic Services Coordinator to join our team. As the lead of our aquatic team, you will be responsible for managing and operating our swim school and related services.

The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent communication skills, and a passion for swimming and customer service excellence. With a minimum of 2 years' experience in a Swim School environment, you will be able to inspire and motivate your team to deliver exceptional results.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and operate the swim school and related services
  • Lead the Aquatic Services Officers/Swim Teachers to ensure delivery of high-quality swim programs
  • Deliver exceptional customer service and have in-depth knowledge of aquatic programs and industry
  • Plan and organize lessons, provide leadership, and drive innovation in service delivery
  • Maintain relationships with local clubs and schools and seek opportunities to increase bookings
  • Implement and promote the GOSwim program and adhere to business plan objectives and events calendar
Requirements:
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in a Swim School environment
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Passion for swimming and customer service excellence
  • Demonstrated ability to interact effectively with students of diverse ages, abilities, cultures, and needs
  • National Police Check, Current Level 2 First Aid & CPR Certificate, Working With Children Check, and Swimming Teaching Certificate required
