Service Excellence Manager

This role involves delivering exceptional service to high-end clients, ensuring seamless interactions and experiences from arrival to departure.
Main Responsibilities- Welcoming guests warmly and providing personalized attention to VIPs and loyalty program members.
- Tailoring services to meet guest preferences, arranging amenities, bookings, and dining reservations as needed.
- Collaborating with front desk, housekeeping, food and beverage, and concierge teams to exceed guest expectations and provide daily updates on VIP and loyalty program members.
- Maintaining detailed records of interactions, preferences, complaints, and resolutions, and reporting insights and recommendations to senior management.
- Prior experience in a luxury hotel environment, focusing on guest services.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a commitment to delivering excellent service.
- Able to multitask and work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with property management systems such as Opera PMS.
- Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Australian working rights are required.
