Service Excellence Professional

We are seeking a Service Excellence Professional to provide exceptional care and support to residents.
Key Responsibilities:- Deliver high-quality services, including cleaning, laundry, and food services.
- Assist with daily tasks and activities that promote the well-being and dignity of residents.
- Maintain a safe and clean environment by adhering to infection control procedures and guidelines.
- Develop and maintain effective relationships with residents, families, and colleagues.
- Previous experience in an aged care home or hospital environment is preferred.
- High level of customer service skills and ability to work effectively in a team.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills are essential.
- Nationally Coordinated Criminal History Check (NCCHC) and NDIS Worker Screening Check may be required for this role.
