Service Excellence Professional

We are seeking a Service Excellence Professional to provide exceptional care and support to residents.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver high-quality services, including cleaning, laundry, and food services.
  • Assist with daily tasks and activities that promote the well-being and dignity of residents.
  • Maintain a safe and clean environment by adhering to infection control procedures and guidelines.
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with residents, families, and colleagues.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Previous experience in an aged care home or hospital environment is preferred.
  • High level of customer service skills and ability to work effectively in a team.
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills are essential.
  • Nationally Coordinated Criminal History Check (NCCHC) and NDIS Worker Screening Check may be required for this role.
