As a vital member of our team, you will play a significant role in helping people become work ready and finding employment that meets their needs. This includes identifying job opportunities, assessing skills and abilities, delivering exceptional customer service, and building relationships with local employers and community organisations.

Our team at APM delivers services from over 400 sites nationally, focusing on creating a supportive and inclusive environment. What does it take to be a successful Employment Consultant?

With strong communication and interpersonal skills, you will be able to build rapport with job seekers and employers alike. Your ability to empathise with others and understand their unique needs will enable you to tailor your approach and deliver tailored solutions. Additionally, your organisational and time management skills will allow you to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines effectively.
