**Client Acquisition Specialist - Empower Plus Care**

Empower Plus Care is a **trusted provider** of **aged care** and **disability support services**, operating across **Victoria and other Australian states**. We're seeking a **motivated** and **compassionate** Client Acquisition Specialist to help grow our **client base** and ensure individuals receive the **quality care** they deserve.

Key Responsibilities
- **Identify and engage potential clients** through outreach, referrals, and digital platforms
- **Build strong relationships** with clients and families, explaining services clearly and empathetically
- **Conduct initial needs assessments** and coordinate onboarding documentation
- **Collaborate with internal teams** to ensure smooth transitions and high client satisfaction
- **Maintain accurate records** and contribute to service improvement initiatives

About You
- Experience in **client acquisition**, **sales**, or **community engagement** (aged care or NDIS preferred)
- **Excellent communication** and **interpersonal skills**:

- Ability to work **independently** and within a **team environment**:

- Knowledge of **NDIS**, **Home Care Packages**, or similar frameworks (desirable)
- **Passion for supporting vulnerable communities**
