We're seeking a highly motivated and dynamic Service Coordinator to schedule and plan work for our technicians. Based in Canning Vale, WA, and reporting to the Lead Planner, applicants must have experience and a proven track record of planning for field operatives in a frontline service organization.

Your Responsibilities
  • Plan, prioritize, and schedule planned work
  • Plan unplanned breakdown work with the assistance of Field Supervisors and Service Manager
  • Arrange and order sub-contracted goods, services, and equipment
  • Capture and control job-related costs using Time and Material Trackers in provided systems
  • Invoicing: Assist in the invoicing process by ensuring all planned and unplanned work is accurately captured and billed according to company procedures
  • Effectively communicate the planning process and timelines to customers, operatives, and subcontractors
  • Track and receive material orders to facilitate timely delivery of Orderbook when requisite components are available
Key Requirements and Skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively with customers, suppliers, and team members
  • Ability to work well under pressure and effectively prioritize tasks
  • Safety Conscious
  • Demonstrated ability to plan jobs and develop a work scope
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Intermediate computer skills with experience working with the Office 365 Suite of products (i.e., Word, Excel, and Outlook)
