About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Transportation Coordinator to join our team in Perth, Western Australia. As a key member of our logistics team, you will be responsible for executing and coordinating complex shipping operations, working closely with internal and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Execute shipping activities for assigned projects in accordance with Technip Energies Global Principles & Standards
  • Manage transportation activities in accordance with the Logistic Execution Plan
  • Assign shipping activities to freight forwarders and monitor execution
  • Contribute to freight forwarder performance assessment
  • Manage invoices and verify services rendered by freight forwarders
  • Motivate team members to engage in daily activities and improvement initiatives
  • Provide transport cost and man-hour estimates and reports
  • Develop transport and logistics management plans for projects
  • Plan and revise shipping schedules
  • Prepare issue specifications, invitations to bid, negotiation documents, and service orders
  • Define and assign shipments to forwarding agents
  • Coordinate pick-up operations and issue import-export documentation
  • Issue shipping notices and send shipping documents to relevant parties
  • Interface with site materials teams for site coordination and preservation of materials
About You

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Transportation Coordinator with a strong understanding of complex shipping schemes, logistics management, and coordination. You should have a technical diploma or bachelor's degree in supply chain/logistics, engineering, or business administration, or equivalent work experience.
