The Role

We are seeking a Transport Customer Service Officer to join our team in North Fremantle, WA. This is a full-time role that requires excellent customer service skills and the ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan and coordinate the daily transport function for specific clients and major accounts
  • Prepare and lodge entries accurately and on time
  • Communicate effectively with the Global Forwarding team to service joint accounts
  • Ensure smooth and efficient workflow and meet key performance indicators (KPIs)
  • Maintain excellent customer service and ensure client satisfaction
