Job Title: Product Manager, Infusion Therapies

Overview:

This role involves developing and executing marketing initiatives to drive growth across the Infusion Therapies business.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop annual marketing plans aligned to the strategic plan for the infusion therapies portfolio.
  • Drive strategy for the infusion therapies portfolio.
  • Implement local promotional activities to achieve financial targets.
  • Report sales data and forecasts for each review.
  • Coordinate publication of articles related to BD products.
  • Develop relationships with key opinion leaders aligned to the Infusion Therapies portfolio.
  • Develop training materials and implement programs for both internal and external customers.
  • Establish good working relationships with distributors and other third parties.
  • Monitor performance against budgeted results and provide regular updates to management.
  • Spent at least 30% of time in field with sales associates.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor Degree or equivalent work experience.
  • At least three years of medical device industry experience.
  • At least four years of experience in product and/or marketing management.
  • Experience in infusion therapy or pharmaceutical administration preferred.
  • Proven track record of achievement of sales goals.
  • Demonstrated skills in project management, strategic thinking, problem solving, and communication.
  • Ability to communicate effectively at all levels within the organisation.
  • Strong organisational and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Previous experience in people management is preferred but not essential.
