Job Title: CPAP Therapy Specialist

At our pharmacy, we're seeking a motivated and caring professional to join our team as a CPAP Therapy Specialist. As a key member of our staff, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and promoting the benefits of CPAP therapy to patients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Demonstrate and trial CPAP equipment to ensure proper fit and function
  • Sale of CPAP machines, masks, and accessories to customers
  • Provide ongoing patient care and monitoring, including conducting sleep data analysis
  • Assist with stock control and ordering of CPAP machines, as well as maintaining and cleaning CPAP equipment within the pharmacy
  • Work closely with the supplier and pharmacist manager to provide excellent customer care and support

Requirements:

  • Previous experience with CPAP therapy or a related area is highly regarded
  • Caring and committed to excellence in customer service
  • Professional and well-organized with good attention to detail
  • Highly motivated, honest, and reliable
  • Strong communication skills with good telephone etiquette
  • Computer literacy
