Job Description Summary:
The role of the Product Manager is to develop, co-ordinate and deliver marketing programs that directly contribute to the achievement of budgeted sales, gross profit and OIBT targets for the MMS infusion Therapies Portfolio - Australia/New Zealand.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement annual marketing plan infusion therapies portfolio aligned to the overall strategic plan for MMS- Drive the strategy for infusion therapies portfolio to feed up into the Annual Strategy Review (ASR) process.- Implement local promotional activities to achieve financial targets.- Reporting of sales data and forecasts for each financial review- Gather clinical data and coordinate publication of articles related to BD products.- Develop and faster relationships with leading KOL's that are aligned to the Infusion Therapies portfolio- Development of training materials and implement programs for both internal and external customers.- Establish and maintain good working relationships with distributors and other third parties.- Monitor performance against budgeted results and provide a regular cadence of updates to management- Spend at least 30% of time in field with sales associates understanding how marketing imperatives are plying out in the field
Preferred Requirements:
- Bachelor Degree or equivalent work experience- At least three years of medical device industry experience- At least four years of experience in product and/or marketing management- Experience in infusion therapy or pharmaceutical administration preferred- Proven track record of achievement of sales goals- Demonstrated skills in project management, strategic thinking, problem solving, and communication- Ability to communicate effectively at all levels within the organisation- Strong organisational and interpersonal skills- Excellent written and verbal communication skills- Previous experience in people management is preferred but not essential
