Cpap Therapy Consultant Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Sleep Therapy Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong interpersonal and communication skills, as well as the ability to read, analyse, and interpret documents.

The primary objective of this position is to provide services and sales duties to patients over the counter and over the phone. Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing customised assistance to patients to help them succeed with their therapy while complying with medical prescriptions and company procedures.
  • Managing patient relationships by addressing enquiries, resolving issues, and providing set-up, on-going services, and equipment according to medical prescriptions.
  • Liaising with referring physicians, providing follow-up reports, and counselling patients for effective therapy use.
  • Promoting sales according to company policies, soliciting new or additional services, and ensuring good condition of retail premises and displays.
  • Processing transactions, handling payments, organising patient information, maintaining stocks, and managing stock movements and reconciliations.
  • Ensuring diagnostic equipment is processed in compliance with cleaning and disinfection procedures prior to re-use.
  • Performing other duties as delegated by the Clinic Manager, including scheduling equipment servicing, reporting incidents, and adhering to policies and procedures.

This role requires attention to detail, organisational skills, and the ability to solve practical problems. A strong focus on customer satisfaction and service excellence is essential.
