Occupational Therapy Specialist

We are seeking skilled and dedicated Occupational Therapy Specialists to provide exceptional occupational therapy services. The ideal candidate will assess patient needs, develop personalized treatment plans, and deliver therapeutic interventions to enhance daily living skills and overall quality of life.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct thorough assessments of patients' physical, cognitive, and emotional abilities
- Create tailored treatment plans and goals in collaboration with healthcare teams
- Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions and rehabilitation services
- Closely monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
- Foster strong relationships with healthcare teams, families, and patients
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and documentation
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Occupational Therapy
- Valid registration with AHPRA
- At least 1 year of clinical experience in a related field
- Exceptional assessment and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Empathy and patience when working with patients
