About the Role

We are currently recruiting for experienced nurses to join our agency and work in aged care facilities, providing high-quality patient care and support.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Providing person-centered care to residents with a focus on their physical, emotional, and social needs
  • Working collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans
  • Maintaining accurate and comprehensive records of resident care and treatment

Requirements:
  • Degree in Nursing or equivalent qualification
  • Current registration as a Registered Nurse (Aged Care) with AHPRA
  • Proven experience working in aged care or a related field

  • Able to work independently and as part of a team
